Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by our team. If there is an issue with your custom item, please contact service@saranoni.com with your order number and photos of the defect so our team can help.

Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note the following:

  • All returns must be unused and unwashed, returned in the original packaging, have all tags and bows still attached, and come from a smoke-free environment.
  • Item(s) must have been purchased directly through Saranoni.com. Purchases made through retail partners must be returned to the store where the item was purchased.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless package protection + free returns was purchased.
  • Once Saranoni receives the product, the item will be inspected, and you will be notified of the status of your return.
  • Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for the item and credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items marked “All Sales Final” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact service@saranoni.com for assistance.

EXCHANGE POLICY

This exchange policy applies only to non-customized items.

Non-customized items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

  • Item(s) must have been purchased directly through Saranoni.com. Purchases made through retail partners must be exchanged at the original place of purchase.
  • Custom or decorated items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
  • Return shipping on gift items is not eligible for free return shipping.
  • If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact service@saranoni.com for assistance.
